Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and tense or are you just looking for a few moments of calmness among the chaos of life?  You have found the right place.  Massage and fitness have always been a passion of mine but in 2016 that passion became my career.  I went to Fox Valley School of Massage, graduated,and took the MBLEX and became a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist).  I continued taking class to receive my personal training certification to bring it all together. It still intrigues me how massage and exercise can help aid in the recovery of a client when their body is not working properly. Relaxation massage helps relax the body, mind, and nervous system.   It is rewarding to realize that I can use massage therapy to support my patient’s health and wellness alongside their health care plan. I look forward to being able to help you have the calm and relaxation in your life an aid your body in healing.
